📦 Seven-day return service (limited to Hong Kong area)
▷ Size exchange (no refunds, no style exchanges)
🔸 If you find that the size is not suitable after receiving the goods, you can exchange it for a different size once.
Code exchange is limited to changing the code number only, and does not allow changes to length, color, or other parts.

🔸 If the fabric of the product that needs to be replaced is out of stock, you can change the color or refund the equal amount of shopping money for next consumption, and there is no refund.
🔸 If you need to exchange the code after receiving the customized goods in the correct size, please contact us within one week after receiving the goods, and visit the store/return by mail within one week after notifying us to exchange the code. No refunds or exchanges will be made after the expiry date.

🔸 If you find serious defects or non-chalk stains after receiving the goods, you can return or exchange the items within seven days, but no refunds will be issued.。

▷ Refund/Exchange for Out of Stock Fabric
🔸 Due to the small shop not being factory-style production, fabric will only be purchased in small quantities or after receiving customer orders.If the fabric cannot be shipped due to shortage, customers can choose to exchange the fabric/color. The store does not accept refunds, and the amount can only be used as shopping credit.
